Marquette redi arc 180 amp welder manual

Fortunately, the welder will be sitting directly below my electric subpanel. And I need to add the 220V breaker and an outlet in my shop. So I'll need to buy 50 feet of cable, a work clamp, an electrode holder, and two plugs to go into the machine. Are all welding cable connections a standard type of plug, or are there any proprietary types out there (particularly on an old machine like this one)? Since this does not come with cables, I'll need to buy or make some up. Will I just burn through with this stick welder? I doubt I'll be working with anything thicker than 1/4'. My question, is what is the low range of this unit? Some of the material I've been experimenting with is 1/16 to 1/8' thick. The guy selling it sent a small picture, it doesn't really show the taps well. I have been learning O/A welding for about 6 months, working on small projects around the house. $30 is the asking price for the machine with nothing else. I'm thinking about buying an old Marquette Redi-Arc welder.
